After you’ve submitted the form, one of our trade show planning professionals will contact you within 2 business days to answer any questions, verify your order total, and to secure payment.

Advance Shipments & Freight Handling Services

Let Spielman's Event Services Expo professionals handle all of your shipping needs. SES will receive crated/ boxed shipments at our warehouse prior to the show and will provide 30 days of storage, delivery to show booth and return shipment of freight. $48.00 per 100 lbs. Minimum 100 lbs charge per exhibitor for shipped materials.


Post Show Forwarding Address

At the end of the conference we will come around to gather all of the freight. Since we live in an imperfect world, sometimes stickers and labels end up missing. Please provide me with your shipping company and, if you are using Fed Ex or UPS, your account number so we can ensure the safe return of your freight.
